United Future is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our state-of-the-art production facility in Manitowoc, WI. This hands-on role reports to Automation Engineering Manager and focuses on solving manufacturing problems, improving processes, and sustaining gains on the floor with operators and supervisors.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and at least 3 years in a custom assembly environment, with strong communication and leadership

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Prior leadership experience is important.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.

Aufgaben

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations.
• Improve KPIs through process improvements on the factory floor.
• Develop and implement practical solutions, driving change from idea to execution.
• Work closely with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Escalate complex issues requiring deep process analysis.
• Plan, design, and validate manufacturing processes and improvements.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery in assigned areas.
• Develop and track metrics with Production Teams.
