Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Wisconsin operations. This hands-on role reports to the Automation Engineering Manager and partners with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Engineering to drive day-to-day improvements on the floor.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in manufacturing engineering within a custom assembly setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering required.
• 3+ years as Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Strong independent worker with initiative and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations.
• Drive process improvements to meet KPIs.
• Develop and implement practical solutions and sustain gains.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor with operators and supervisors.
• Escalation resource for complex process issues.
• Coordinate design, development and validation of processes.
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Develop and drive metrics with production teams.
