Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering required.
• 3+ years’ Manufacturing Engineering experience in a custom assembly operation.
• Self-starter able to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff.
• Prior leadership and project management experience highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day performance.
• Drive process improvements to meet KPIs with Production, CI, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Develop practical solutions and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
• Maintain strong presence on the manufacturing floor and work with operators and supervisors.
• Coordinate planning, design, and validation of manufacturing processes and improvements.
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery in assigned areas.
• Develop and drive metrics in collaboration with Production Teams.
