Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a state-of-the-art production facility that manufactures architectural wood doors. This hands-on role reports to the Automation Engineering Manager and focuses on solving manufacturing problems and driving process improvements on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering and 3+ years of experience in an assembly operation, preferably wood products, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations.
• Improve KPIs through process improvement.
• Develop and implement practical solutions, drive change.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and work with operators and supervisors.
• Serve as escalation resource for deeper process analysis and technical problem solving.
