• Strong communication and documentation of complex processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Examine equipment and processes to identify safety, quality, throughput improvements.
• Implement changes and modify operation standards.
• Evaluate vendor proposals for new equipment.
• Identify and optimize manufacturing processes for cost efficiency.
• Perform time studies and develop work instructions.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot processes.
• Lead Kaizen events and coordinate projects.
• Specify tools, jigs, and fixtures; manage daily troubleshooting.
