Qualifications

• Associate and/or bachelor’s degree, Engineering student, or higher in Engineering or related S.T.E.M. area.
• Knowledge of CAD applications like Autodesk or Solidworks.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and 6 sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve existing manufacturing processes focusing on SQDC.
• Create and manage project plans for development activities.
• Monitor process yields and recommend quality improvements.
• Support factory maintenance with troubleshooting.

Skills

CAD (e.g. Autodesk suite or Solidworks)

Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing

Statistical Process Control (SPC)

6 sigma concepts

Fluency in MS Office software applications

Education

Associate and/or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related S.T.E.M. area
