Qualifications
Associate and/or bachelor’s degree, Engineering student, or higher in Engineering or related S.T.E.M. area.
Knowledge of CAD applications like Autodesk or Solidworks.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and 6 sigma concepts.
Responsibilities
Develop and improve existing manufacturing processes focusing on SQDC.
Create and manage project plans for development activities.
Monitor process yields and recommend quality improvements.
Support factory maintenance with troubleshooting.
Skills
CAD (e.g. Autodesk suite or Solidworks)
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
6 sigma concepts
Fluency in MS Office software applications
Education
Associate and/or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related S.T.E.M. area
