Job summary

FLSmidth in Winfield, WV is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer. The role focuses on designing, developing and implementing production processes, fixtures and tooling to enable cost-effective mass production.

You will troubleshoot, improve procedures, and provide technical support to multiple engineering and service teams. The position requires a four-year technical degree with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, and expert CAD/ SolidWorks skills.

Supports manufacturing in troubleshooting and problem solving on complex projects.Evaluates procedures looking for ways to continually improve processes.Provides technical assistance to Marketing, Technology, Service Parts, Field Service and other Engineering personnel.Generates new ideas for product improvement, reliability and cost reduction.
