Responsibilities

• Oversee production safety, delivery, quality, cost and on-time performance.
• Mentor, coach and coordinate teams; approve time reporting.
• Enforce OSHA, safety, environmental and health policies.
• Manage staffing needs including safety, overtime and attendance.
• Lead Lean activities and identify waste for continuous improvement.
• Initiate cross-functional problem-solving feedback.
