Job summary

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing, experience with hydraulics, Six Sigma/Lean, and SolidWorks, and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with hydraulics and electrical equipment.
- Extrusion experience and 24/7 operation preferred.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean and Continuous Improvement problem solving tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with APQP and SolidWorks.
Responsibilities
- Improve processes to reduce cost and improve quality, safety, and capability.
- Design or manage the design of new machines and tooling.
- Provide technical support to plant teams and customers.
- Travel to customers and suppliers up to 10% (domestic and international as needed).
