Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FED division in Middlesex, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to be onsite Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. You will support cross-functional teams, drive data-driven improvements to processes, safety, and quality, and manage Capital Engineering projects under the MOC process.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, cost savings, CAD tooling, and collaboration with operations, safety and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• U.S. person per ITAR and able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with NADCAP (PRI) / AS9100 (or other industry standards) audits and lean/Six Sigma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support floor operations, safety, and quality with data-driven input.
• Lead or support the MOC process for capital projects and capital expenditures.
• Develop and implement process improvements to manufacturability, safety, and cost.
• Assist with LPAs, DMR resolutions, RCA, and quality audits.
• Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams and Front-Line Leaders to drive improvements.
