Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years in manufacturing with Bachelor's degree or 5 years with certification.
• Skills: Microsoft Office, CAD, Project Management, SPC and analysis.
• Competencies: problem solving, leadership, manufacturing methods and procedures, quality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and design improvements across machining, assembly, and injection molding.
• Develop processes by studying requirements, designing/modifying methods and equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain equipment with hands-on support and coordinate maintenance with techs and controls.
• Ensure product and process quality through testing and establishing standards.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross‑functional meetings to drive collaboration.
• Apply lean manufacturing concepts to improve quality, reliability, or cost.
