Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering, preferably within automotive or high-volume manufacturing sectors
• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and workplace ergonomics
• Proficiency in manufacturing process planning, equipment implementation, AutoCAD, and process FMEA

Responsibilities

• Optimize production processes and support new program launches
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison for process development and layout design
