Job summary

ESCO Maritime Solutions in the United States, NY area, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and improve production processes, drive cost reductions, and implement automation where beneficial. You will work with design engineers and production managers to ensure manufacturability, perform time studies, lead lean projects, and develop SOPs while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing).
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of machining, assembly, fabrication, and automation.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and quality improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing processes to meet production goals.
• Identify cost-saving improvements, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Perform time/motion studies and capacity planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean tools and improve quality.
