Job summary

PSG, part of Dover Corporation, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support all manufacturing areas, improving safety, quality and productivity. You will lead process improvements, design standards, and equipment selections while collaborating with operations and product engineering to meet KPIs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least three years in manufacturing, with hands-on use of AutoCAD, SolidWorks and lean methods. On-site work in Florida is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of three years manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of lean techniques and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Identify process improvements using lean, six sigma and problem-solving tools.
• Design standards for processes, capacity planning and equipment selection.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product/process quality.
• Support NPI and ECO processes; manage productivity targets and reporting.
