Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in the United States to optimize production, lead continuous improvement, and ensure product quality. You’ll design processes, analyze capacity, and work with the ERP to keep BOMs and routings current, in collaboration with the engineering team.

The role focuses on manufacturability, PFMEA participation, and evaluating investments with a practical financial lens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/technical position with plant processes.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge required.
• Experience with Excel, Macros, SQL and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production processes, including process design and cost analysis.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Engage in PFMEA to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support manufacturability and feasibility considerations in new product development.
• Assist in investment analysis and ERP data upkeep (BOMs, routings).
