Responsibilities

• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods and processes.
• Confers with planning staff on product design and tooling for efficient production.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot line operations and bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain process documentation, flow charts, and SOPs.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
