Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of GD&T, reading drawings, and documentation.
• Experience with Lean tools and ISO 9001 is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Drive Lean initiatives (5S, SMED, VSM, standard work).
• Lead New Product Introduction activities and validation.
• Diagnose and solve manufacturing issues on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Production and R&D to improve delivery and quality.
