Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an Engineering Technician to support engineering and production teams in resolving process and equipment issues, conducting tests, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. You will work with engineers and production staff to ensure specifications are followed, data is collected and analyzed, and challenges are addressed effectively.

Success requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to document findings

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of manufacturing experience or
• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology with 8+ years of manufacturing experience or
• High school diploma with 12+ years in related manufacturing/technical field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and support engineering tests and experiments.
• Operate production equipment to support development and manufacturing activities.
• Perform inspections using microscopes, magnifiers, and other visual tools.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data for engineering and management review.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues with limited supervision.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
• Document findings and update process specifications as required.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve process performance and product quality.
• Report process discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Handle hazardous waste following safety and environmental procedures when required.
