Qualifications

• BS in science/engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects across the value stream to meet or exceed budgets.
• Analyze data, build models, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Write procedures, investigate, and support change controls for client programs.
• Collaborate with product engineering, production, and QA to define requirements.
• Plan, conduct, or coordinate engineering analyses and tests.
• Provide day-to-day production support as needed.
• Create, modify, and manage bills of materials (BOMs).
• Provide technical leadership and ownership of unit operations; manage change controls.
