Xylem is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing improvement initiatives, optimize production processes, and support the execution of complex projects. You'll work with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to enhance performance and deliver industry-leading water technology solutions.

A hands-on engineer with a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years’ experience will drive Lean and continuous improvement, guide production planning, and ensure quality

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation with plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, quality, and efficiency using Lean/cost-reduction methods.
• Support production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand and optimize material flow.
• Support development and maintenance of quality standards and procedures; conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist in budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities while tracking expenses.
