Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead improvement initiatives, optimize production processes, and drive safe, cost-efficient operations across our Dubois facility. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver measurable gains in throughput, quality, and safety while supporting complex capital projects.

The role requires a hands-on engineer with strong project management, Lean/M6 Sigma experience, CAD proficiency, and the ability to translate

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept to implementation with defined plans and milestones.
• Identify and implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and cost.
• Support production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for quality and process issues.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking project expenses to ensure scope adherence.
