Job summary

The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and support production operations.

You will work on process improvements, PFMEA, fixture design, and production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• 0 to 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing production environment preferred.
• 0 to 3+ years’ experience in equipment design and assembly processes preferred.
• Lean Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, design, and implement projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and ensure safety.
• Develop, document, and maintain work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential risks in manufacturing processes.
• Lead projects, design fixtures with engineering, and provide production support.
