Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred; experience may substitute.
• 0 to 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, design, and implement projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve cycle time.
• Lead and design strategies for process improvements and support ISO/Quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design, validate, and fabricate fixtures.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
