Job summary

Vertiv Delaware, Ohio is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The role will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes, developing efficient workflows, ensure safety, and improve quality of our products.

The candidate will perform PFMEA, develop work instructions, manage projects, and collaborate with Engineering on fixtures while supporting production and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field preferred; experience may substitute for degree.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a production environment preferred.
• Lean Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost quality and productivity.
• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Lead projects and manage design development and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Engineering on fixture design and fabrication.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot equipment.
