Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Hands-on EBOM to MBOM, Work Instructions, process mapping, and manufacturing documentation.
• Familiarity with PFMEA and control plans.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Tecnomatix, SAP VE, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in EBOM to MBOM conversion and Standard Work Instructions.
• Experience with weldments, assembly operations, and manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process flow diagrams, and manufacturing documentation.
• Handle Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through PLM/ERP systems.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams.
• Monitor KPIs, including cycle time, OEE, yield, and defect rates.
• Support new product introduction and production ramp-up.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to improve productivity.
