Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing-focused professional to join our operations team in the United States. This role supports growth initiatives, capacity expansion, Lean, cost-out, and productivity improvements across manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include partnering with EHS, defining production processes, sourcing equipment, and driving VCP/NPI projects while leveraging Lean methodologies to boost efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• OMLP graduate or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EHS to identify processes or equipment to improve safety.
• Define and control production processes including tooling and equipment; validate specs.
• Specify and procure new equipment and tooling to meet production and growth needs.
• Develop and implement VCP projects and drive successful completion.
• Support NPI and TOW projects and related equipment.
• Collaborate with production to automate or improve processes for productivity.
• Apply Lean tools to drive innovations and improvements.
