Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS preferred in engineering.
• Lean/Six Sigma formalized training required.
• Experience with industrial automated equipment and processes; leadership demonstrated in technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
• Be the lean focal for the site implementing lean principles around SQDC.
• Monitor process performance and ensure equipment reliability and KPI targets.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Deliver training and mentorship to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging best practices.
