Air Systems Components (ASC), a business segment of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Tarboro, NC manufacturing facility. ASC manufactures high-quality air distribution products used in commercial and industrial applications.

The role centers on hands-on leadership to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost while building capability and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and shop floor transactions.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise hourly production employees (20-40 associates) across multiple lines or work cells.
• Own daily shift execution, including staffing alignment, schedule attainment, and shift readiness.
• Drive performance using KPIs such as output, scrap, First Pass Yield, downtime, attendance, and takt adherence.
• Serve as a change agent in a turnaround environment, reinforcing standard work, accountability, and urgency.
• Execute real‑time problem solving, including root cause analysis and corrective actions for production, quality, or equipment issues.
