Job summary

Aspart Talent Solutions Milwaukee area client seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to develop, implement, and improve factory processes. You will bridge design engineering and production, aiming to maintain capability, improve quality, reduce costs, enhance safety, and maximize throughput.

Responsibilities include introducing new products to the floor, creating operation standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on ISO compliance and line optimization.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required; 1–6 years in manufacturing engineering.
• 3.0+ GPA if <3 years of experience.
• Lean / Six Sigma knowledge helpful.
• CAD skills with Creo/Pro-E preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, support, and lead introduction of products to the manufacturing floor.
• Develop operation method standards for assembly.
• Apply Lean concepts to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production line problems and mitigate risk.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and ISO compliance efforts.
• Design manufacturing process improvements including line layout and tooling.
