Your Talent Team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Milwaukee to drive the introduction of new products on the floor and integrate them into existing lines. The role requires Lean thinking, cost reduction, process improvement, and safety enhancements as part of daily manufacturing activities.

Candidate should have a BS in Engineering and 1–6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with CAD skills (Creo/Pro-E) and proficiency in Word/Excel/Access.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering and 1–6 years in manufacturing engineering
• 3.0+ GPA if under 3 years
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge
• CAD experience (Creo/Pro-E) and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Plan, support, and lead introduction of products to the manufacturing floor
• Develop operation methods and standards for assembly
• Improve waste reduction and balance line throughput with Lean concepts
• Troubleshoot production line problems and lead cost-reduction initiatives
• Advance safety and ergonomics practices
