Job summary
The Recruiting Hive in Milwaukee is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and improve factory processes. You will bridge design engineering and the production floor to enable new product introductions and changes to existing lines, aiming to maintain production capability, improve quality, reduce costs, and maximize throughput.

- BS Engineering with 1–6 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Strong CAD skills (Creo/Pro-E) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, support, and lead introduction of products to the manufacturing floor with focus on line balance, pFMEA, and line efficiency.
- Develop Operation Method Standards for product assembly.
- Improve processes to reduce waste and maximize throughput using Lean principles.
- Troubleshoot production line problems to minimize downtime.
- Lead initiatives to mitigate risk, maintain ISO compliance, and reduce costs.
- Lead design initiatives within manufacturing including line/cell layout, tooling, and part flow.
