Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D, MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and provide technical support.
• Lead continuous improvement/cost reduction events, including kaizen.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and train teams on projects.
• Analyze work methods, establish labor standards, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Develop and optimize layouts, equipment, and workflows following lean principles.
