Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent technical education.
• 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is expected.
• Proven track record of driving efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and project management.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety, quality and production processes; reduce delays and costs.
• Lead cross-functional capital and improvement projects.
• Identify root causes and implement design/process changes to prevent recurrence.
• Promote data-driven decisions over opinions.
• Introduce new equipment, methods and processes to improve operations.
• Develop tests and calculate process capabilities; validate requirements.
• Support the Quality department with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
