Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, labor standards, and costing methodologies.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify labor, material, and cost reductions.
• Develop and maintain product costing models including labor and material analysis.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
• Identify and implement capital equipment and process improvement projects.
• Provide technical support for operations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and process standards.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness.
• Conduct time studies, workflow assessments, and capacity analyses.
