Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience managing Automation, robotics, and controls related projects.
• Some travel (less than 10%) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project capital planning and business case creation.
• Manage 5-Gate projects including budget and resources to meet milestones.
• Drive productivity through problem solving, coaching and training.
• Conduct tests or trials of tools, equipment, and processes.
• Create and update Standard Work Charts, JBSs, Work Instructions and PFMEAs.
• Evaluate production capacities and support shop floor improvements.
