Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 7+ years in process engineering, manufacturing engineering or operations improvement.
• 2+ years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience with lean principles and techniques (visual management, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, SMED).

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of process engineers and technical specialists.
• Drive process improvements focused on safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and cost reduction.
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and waste.
• Develop and implement standardized work, process controls, and best practices across operations.
• Partner with production, quality, maintenance, EHS, supply chain, and product engineering to resolve issues.
