Trane Supply in Fort Smith, AR seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II to support manufacturing for Commercial HVAC products. You will lead capital projects, manage multi-gate programs, and drive productivity through data-driven problem solving.

This role emphasizes lean methods, safety improvements, and process validation across equipment and tools. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering background with 3+ years in manufacturing, experience with automation projects, and strong CAD/design

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years in a Manufacturing Engineer role in manufacturing.
• Experience managing automation, robotics, and controls projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project capital planning and business case creation.
• Manage 5-Gate projects ensuring milestones and budget compliance.
• Drive productivity and training through problem solving.
• Conduct tests or trials of tools, equipment, and processes.
• Create/update Standard Work Charts, JBSs, Work Instructions, PFMEAs.
• Evaluate production capacities and safety/ergonomic improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop new tools and processes.
