Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize operational processes; develop designs and plans to support operational needs.
• Evaluate new and replacement equipment; assess productivity and efficiency impacts.
• Test and evaluate proposed changes with productivity gains and justifications.
• Lead pilot process implementations; guide scale-up with operations team.
