Job summary

Engineered Products is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Continuous Improvement to lead Lean initiatives, develop standardized processes, and drive improvements across roll forming, punching, welding, and assembly operations at our Easley, SC facility. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong floor presence.

The ideal candidate has a manufacturing engineering background with 5–7 years of experience in structural steel or heavy manufacturing, and proficiency in Lean tools, SMED,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across manufacturing operations.
• Develop standardized processes and lead Lean initiatives.
• Support new product introductions and partner with Operations to improve performance.
• Hands-on role with strong presence on the manufacturing floor.
