Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately three to seven or more years of program- or project-management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operational technology, business information technology, production processes, and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, and performance metrics.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong program-management, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Epicor ERP is required.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Project Management Professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple manufacturing OT and business IT programs from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, technology, and leadership.
• Ensure programs are completed on time, within scope, and to quality expectations.
• Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, resource plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate program meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Promote continuous-improvement initiatives and best practices.
