DIS-TRAN Steel in Pineville, LA is seeking a Program Manager to lead and deliver multiple OT and IT programs across manufacturing operations. You will own program outcomes, coordinate with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership to align with business goals.

Responsibilities include defining scope and milestones, developing schedules and budgets, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of program/project-management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing OT and business IT and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple manufacturing OT and business IT programs from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership.
• Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, resource plans, and roadmaps; manage documentation.
