Job summary

Qualifications

Interpret blueprints required
Read a tape measure required
2+ years industrial maintenance experience
Knowledge of 480/3 phase electrical systems
Hydraulic and electrical background required
Good communication in industrial environments
Experience with software, CNC, and PLC is a plus
Ability to repair tools and small engines
Ability to train Maintenance Technician I personnel
Regular, reliable attendance required

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain production equipment as assigned.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide corrective action with full Tech Support.
Disassemble machines prior to maintenance and reassemble after repair.
Start machines and observe operation to detect issues.
Inspect damaged parts and advise on repairs.
Lubricate and apply materials per procedures.
Install or replace machine parts and attachments as per specs.
Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair.
Record maintenance information and work orders.
Read work orders/specs to identify repair needs.
Collaborate with others to repair or move equipment.
Capable of training others in Maintenance Technician I position.
