Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with relevant manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or 10+ years progressive experience in manufacturing.
• Experience applying LEAN and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Document manufacturing methods for repeatable production.
• Assist design for manufacturability and transition to production.
• Analyze workforce utilization, space, workflow; design layout for efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment, materials, parts.
• Estimate production times, staffing, and costs; discuss capabilities and schedules.
• Apply statistical methods to estimate future requirements; RF theory understanding may be used at higher levels.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
