Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes for electromechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with ISO/AS quality management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance to manufacturing personnel to ensure customer and quality specs are met.
• Define and maintain standard work documentation for products.
• Coordinate cross-functional manufacturing activities to ensure specs reflected in drawings and work instructions.
• Design tools/fixtures for product assembly and train staff in their use.
• Identify capital equipment and justify purchases with ROI analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives.
