Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow various instructions and schedules.
• Ability to speak effectively with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop, implement, and optimize production workflows, layouts, and standard work.
• Support new equipment installation and lead process validation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as cycle time, yield, and downtime.
• Support the launch of new automotive glass products and ensure smooth mass production.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
