Fuyao Glass America Inc. in Moraine, OH, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Lamination Assembly Department. You will analyze and improve processes, support new equipment, and drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.

The role collaborates with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, and ensure a smooth transition of new automotive glass products into mass production.

• Competent in solving difficult problems in production;
• Familiar with production management knowledge and ability;
• Competent in leading, communication, coordination, and organizational skills;
• Skilled in coating technology, enhancing, and training subordinates;

Responsabilités

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop, implement, and optimize production workflows, layouts, and standard work.
• Support new equipment installation and lead process validation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as cycle time, yield, and downtime.
• Support the launch of new automotive glass products and ensure smooth transition into mass production.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Other duties as assigned.
