Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to supervise and interact with engineers, leadership and customers.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED with ability to pass safety PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly processes for finished products.
• Lead and motivate Associates to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards across the shift.
• Prepare daily production reports and communicate with Lead Supervisor.
