Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to support the ME group on production processes and process improvements on the shop floor. You will work with operators, validate improvements, and help maintain efficient manufacturing operations.

You will develop automated cells, read blueprints and drawings, and contribute to process documentation. This role requires 8–10 years in manufacturing and a BS in engineering or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering preferred; comparable experience considered.
• 8–10 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing roles.
• Experience with CNC programming and process development.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and reports.
• Manufacturing and machining environment experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Part of the ME group supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives.
• Support production processes, document improvements, and prepare reports.
• Develop and maintain automated cells and participate in process reviews.
