Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to lead and execute engineering projects across planning, design, and implementation phases.

You will coordinate with operations, quality, maintenance, and suppliers; analyze metallurgical and mechanical data to drive process improvements; troubleshoot production and equipment-related issues; and support validation and continuous improvement initiatives with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or industrial engineering environments.
• Experience with project management, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of metallurgical processes, materials behavior, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with heat treatment, casting, forging, or capital equipment projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manufacturing engineering projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Analyze metallurgical and mechanical processes to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot production, equipment, and material-related issues.
• Support process validation, production trials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
