Job summary
Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support CNC machining operations, develop processes, and optimize setups. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve productivity and ensure regulatory compliance in a medical device environment.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering and 2–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience, with strong CAD (SolidWorks) and CNC tooling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/ manufacturing/ industrial engineering field.
- 2-4 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a machining environment.
- 2+ years supporting CNC machining operations and setups.
- Experience with CAD, SolidWorks and drawing creation or modification.
- Experience with process validation and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain CNC manufacturing processes, setup sheets, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with CNC programmers and machinists to optimize programs and reduce cycle/setup times.
- Support process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in tooling selection, fixtures, and validation activities.
- Contribute to lean initiatives and process capability improvements.
